10 obat putus cinta

Putus sama pacar pasti bikin hati kita berdarah-darah. Terutama di hari-hari pertama baru putus sama pacar, rasanya dunia jungkir balik di mata kita. Nah, jika ingin cepat sembuh dari luka akibat patah hati, bisa kita coba 10 langkah berikut ini:

• Menangis sepuasnya. Nggak usah gengsi untuk menangisi kisah sedih kita. Keluarin saja semua emosi yang ada supaya kita jadi lebih lega dan bisa berfikir jernih nantinya.Curhat. Langsung telepon sobat-sobat dekat yang dengan senang hati akan mendengarkan semua uneg-uneg kita.

• Cari pelampiasan yang OK. Keluarkan semua kata yang menggambarkan semua perasaan kita saat itu di diary. Atau kita bisa olahraga seperti jogging atau berenang, biar energi marah kita tersalurkan.

• Singkirkan benda kenangan. Kumpulin semua benda peninggalan mantan, baik itu foto, kartu ucapan, atau hadiah, lalu singkirkan dari hadapan kita. Jadi kita akan terbebas dari barang-barang yang berkaitan dengan mantan pacar.

• Hilangkan pesona mantan. Nggak dosa, kok kalau kita me-list semua kejelekan mantan yang paling nggak kita suka. Bukannya ingin mencela, tapi itu berguna agar kita ingat alasan kenapa mantan pacar harus keluar dari kehidupan kita.  

• Bersihin pikiran. Kita harus membersihkan pikiran kita dari kenangan dan pengaruh mantan pacar kita. Setiap kali wajah mantan mencoba masuk ke pikiran kita, langsung blokir dengan segala cara.

• Jaga jarak. Meskipun kangen setengah mati, kita coba untuk tetap jaga jarak dengan mantan pacar. Soalnya, gimana bisa melupakan dia, kalau tetap sering telpon atau BBM?

• Hang out with friends. Ajaklah teman-teman dekat keluar buat hang out bareng. Sekalian minta mereka memperkenalkan kita sama gebetan baru.

• Menyibukan diri. Cara terbaik untuk melupakan seseorang adalah dengan menyibukan diri. Kita bisa coba untuk lebih aktif di ekskul atau lebih serius nekunin hobi kita selama ini.

• Dengarkan lagu penyemangat. Mendengarkan lagu-lagu ceria favorit kita bisa jadi penyemangat jiwa kita yang sedang down. Apalagi lagi kalau lagu itu berkisah tentang ketegaran hati setelah putus cinta.

Bruno Mars: Nonton Breaking Dawn untuk Inspirasi Lagu

Untuk pertama kalinya lagu Bruno Mars terpilih untuk menjadi salah satu soundtrack Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 1. Lagu berjudul It Will Rain yang dirilis di YouTube bulan September 2011 lalu ini memang dipersiapkan penyanyi lagu Grenade ini khusus untuk Breaking Dawn. Psst.. ternyata ada cerita seru lho, dibalik pembuatan lagu itu. 

Saat diwawancarai Ryan Seacrest di KIIS FM tanggal 7 November 2011 kemarin, Bruno mengaku harus menonton Breaking Dawn Part 1 dulu baru bisa menyelesaikan lagu itu.

“Aku sudah bikin It Will Rain sejak lama, tapi selalu gagal menyelesaikannya. Tapi ketika aku berkesempatan untuk menonton Breaking Dawn duluan, aku melihat beberapa adegan dan langsung terinspirasi untuk menyelesaikan laguku”, ujar cowok kelahiran 8 Oktober 1985 ini.

Bruno mengatakan bahwa lagu berdurasi 4:17 menit ini terinspirasi dari adegan-adegan romantis Bella dan Edward di Breaking Dawn Part 1, salah satunya adalah adegan pernikahan mereka. Lirik lagu ber-genre pop romantis ini menceritakan tentang seseorang yang sangat mencintai kekasihnya dan akan hancur bila kehilangannya. Oleh sebab itu, lagu ini punya sedikit nuansa dark.

“The Twilight movies for me it’s a dark love story and I think the best way to describe the song is the darker side of love”, kata penyanyi asal Hawaii ini. 

Karena lagu tersebut dianggap cocok banget mewakili adegan paling penting di Breaking Dawn Part 1, sutradara Bill Condon pun menjadikan lagu It Will Rain sebagai lagu utama. Selain Bruno Mars, ada Christina Perri, Joy Formidable, dan Angus & Julia Stone yang turut mengisi soundtrack film ini. Semua lagu soundtrack Breaking Dawn Part 1 akan bisa didapat di iTunes mulai tanggal 8 November
